There are many very good and legit Daily Deal sites out there, where you can get some AWESOME deals at. unfortunately SaveMore is NOT one of them.
I have posted SaveMore deals in the past and lately have skipped them as personally I have not received things that I have ordered from them. I have also purchased vouchers and sent them to friends who were unable to use them because they were not valid. For example the $10 CVS gift card. There was no money on the card!
SaveMore continues to NOT respond to phone calls and emails asking for an explanation.
It is very frustrating as a blogger who works hard to bring you the very best deals when companies do NOT follow through with their deals. What is worse, is that it looks like SaveMore is a just a huge scam that really never had much intention to follow through in the first place.
- IF you have purchased ANYTHING through them, please check your account and see if you have ever received the item.
- If you have NOT, email and call them to see if they can take care of it. I am guessing you will not hear anything back just as I have not.
- Go to the company that you went through to purchase the item. For example, I have filed a complaint with Paypal and have asked for my money back. I have had to do this before and Paypal is awesome at taking care of things like this.

I have only ordered one thing from them and it was the $10 CVS gift card for $5. It was the gift card that you had to print. I used it at CVS on black Friday, and it had the full amount on it. I guess I just got lucky but I will definantly NOT be ordering from them again. Thanks for the tips.

I ordered the CVS voucher and it didn’t work. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone by phone, but they did immediately return my email, offering to refund my money. I just emailed them back saying, yes, please do, so we will see what happens. At least it was only 5$ down the drain.

I also ordered the slap watches and have not received them. I have phoned them several times, finally having someone answer the phone. They told me that the watches should all be mailed out by the end of this week. So, I guess we will see what happens!

I have yet to receive my CVS and Subway vouchers from a few weeks back. I almost jumped on the Autozone one, but something told me to wait until I received what I had floating out there from them. I’m glad I listened to that little voice.

I bought the Eco recycle bags- never received them. I bought the nail strips- never received them. I bought the collapsible water bottles- never received them. I bought a CVS e-card- used and worked. I bought the teeth whitening pens and received those. I have had nothing but problems trying to track down my items, my money and apparently my patience. Thanks for finally posting this as its been a problem for some time now.

When I called the companies (bags, bottles, nails) their phone numbers were no longer in service. SaveMore kept telling me that they just spoke with the owner. The owner just put in a request for another order to be shipped. Finally, less than a month later, I caught on and started requesting refunds from SaveMore (praise the Lord they did) and Paypal – for the companies that I ordered through that were MIA.
I am not out anything now. But I know that I will NEVER order from them again.

Does anyone have an email address for them? I can’t seem to find one on their website (probably user error) and both 800#’s on their website go straight to busy (big surprise). I bought the CVS gift card, but can’t get to the redemption website. If they don’t return my email, it’s only a $5 loss, but I would like to try 🙂

I e-mailed the company twice and theyprovided a different link to print the CVS card. I used it during Black Friday with no issues.

I did the Esse Reuseable shopping bags awhile back and everything went through with no problem. I received the voucher when I was suppose to and ordered my items from the Esse company and received my bags within the time frame stated. I still have a $12 credit and now I’m afraid to use it. Right now they have expandable vases, that I wouldn’t have to pay anything out of pocket for so I’m going to try it and hope for the best. I wouldn’t do it if I had to pay anything.

I ordered those expandable vases but never received the voucher to my SaveMore account to pick the ones I wanted. Glad I actually didn’t pay for them, I think I got a $10 credit for signing up with them so I used the credit to pay for the vases!

if you use just the credit amount you should be ok just dont pay out of pocket is the recomandation i would give. i only used my credit i had so i didn’t lose out on anything.

After reading this, I went to the site to redeem my Boston Market card; I didn’t have an issue with the CVS card, but like Marsha, never got the teeth white pen.
At least you have a large following and you know what they say… when a single person has a bad experience, it spreads further than a good one (meaning more people will refuse business than giving business for a good referral!)

And one more comment to add– let it serve as a reminder to us all that we need to be aware where we are plugging our credit card info into… I personally don’t use paypal, but maybe I need to start (?)

What I don’t understand is why the retailers/merchants agree to do any business with Savemore.
I did order the Subway card a few weeks ago and have not yet received it. I will be calling my credit card company to dispute the charge if I don’t receive it in the next few weeks.

Yes I too ordered the crackle nail polish and never received it and I didreceive the subway gift card but I have not tried to use it, I will have to look at it closer and see if it is real. UGH! The nail polish company does not respond to my emails anymore they have told me they reshipped 3 times,but now I know they are liars.

I ordered memory foam pillows on 9/21/11, and I never received them. Homedecor.bz keeps claiming there is a backlog. In addition, I have also contacted SaveMore via email and phone, and I never received a response. Thanks for posting this because I will never use SaveMore again.

I have my own couponing blog too and myself as well as one of my friends have had issues with SaveMore.com. My friend never received the voucher for the expandable vases and I have no been able to even view my CVS gift card voucher, yet alone use it. I’m glad you posted this because now I know it wasn’t just a fluke.

I have recently only purchased 2 vouchers from SaveMore. When I go to the vendor websites to order & they auto direct to PayPal, PayPal states “This recipient is currently unable to receive money.” I guess PayPal has wised up! Good thing I only spent $8.

I have bought a few things from them and have had no problems. I bought the CVS e card and gifted it to someone and the email didn’t make it to the person I gifted it to. The 1st time I called I was on hold forever and then it had me leave a message. I called the next day and got someone on the line. They resent the email to me and it all worked out just fine. Sorry to hear that it didn’t for so many.

I went to SaveMore.com’s Facebook page, and like others, posted my issue on their wall. According to the person who is responding on the page, my refund has been processed, and I will get my $30 back in 5-7 days. We will see.

It is so ironic that I just saw this post in my emails! I called them today for the 5th time trying to talk to them about my account credit not being applied to my CVS voucher purchase and also that I cannot seem to get ahold of Accessories Direct about the jewelry order I placed with the voucher I bought and I won another one of these vouchers from a blogger. It sometimes says their phone has been disconnected when I call Accessories Direct # and today I got a recording to leave a message. I am so frustrated I have to spend so much time on this! Are you serious about the CVS voucher being no good??? I haven’t used mine yet.

BTW, a CVS manager didn’t know how to redeem it …it has to be entered as a gift card. It did not scan. It was cute, the manager thought I was just going to take it back and not use it.

Funny thing. I have been on and off the phone with them for about a month now for the electronicskins.com deal. I have received things in the past and a friend even received her electronicskins deal in the mail. But I’ve dealt with the vendor directly and Savemore. Can’t get it resolved. Might try the Facebook idea.

I bought 5 or 6 deals from the, paid for them all with my credit card and have never received anything but the only one I really tried to execute was the nail skins. I had my voucher and filled out an order with the company but it never gave me credit for the $17 I paidSavemore. I tried to call them but never got thru and then just gave up. When I signed up for the orig. account, I used a pword and I had forgotten where I had written it so I alsways logged in with fbook and now in the past month since I have been trying to call everyday I cannot log into my account at all and cannot get in touch with them. Boy, Tiffany, though I sure appreciated your headsup on the lock and lock which I am waiting to receive. Anybody have anyice on what I can do to get restiktution?

That’s so interesting. I purchased the Nail Fraud nail sticker deal through Savemore in July and Nail Fraud ran out of their stock and by the time they were supposed to have more in stock, I was instructed to call a #. The # took me directly to Savemore and they said they had chosen to go with another company that could fulfill the orders and already had everything in stock. So I went with the other company and was really impressed with Savemore’s customer service. Apparently things have gone downhill since then!

I ordered the Power Band and the collapseable water bottle…It took 4 months to get the band and I got the water bottle yesterday and that was ordered 6 months ago. I complained after a month to each site and they were polite in getting back to me but slow in sending the products. I think Save More offers Vouchers before they know for sure if the company can provide that many products 🙁

A lot of media attention this week on Savemore’s scam. A few of us have done a bunch of digging on owner(with a history of fraudulent companies) and the legal information that Savemore owns many of the companies they claim are having delays or problems shipping. They will deny this, block and delete people and then stalk and harass them on Facebook for posting this info. I know first hand.
