Thanks for the idea however, no promo or gift card # works at all. I have emailed customer service at no more rack 4 times & have been told, ‘a gift card has already been applied to my account & has expired’ because I did not use the coupon w/in 48 hours of receiving in my email. I personally think it is a scam & I am so done with ‘no more rack.’
Any ideas ….let me know however, I am new to ‘no more rack’ & I am not impressed.

Tiffany have you ordered from them before? I ordered some boots today, but all I find are horrible reviews about what a scam they are.. I emailed to cancel with them since it hasn’t been 24 hours since I’ve ordered, but I also read some people never got their money refunded.. Help?

I ordered last Christmas and never had a problem. However, in the last few days I have gotten a few e-mails saying people are unhappy. I don’t know what has happened to them in the past year, but I wont be posting them again. Yes I would cancel and keep emailing them and stay in contact until you get your money back.

Thanks. I did get a response from them, and they have cancelled my order. Hopefully it’s a smooth process. If you look up reviews, you find nothing but bad ones on them, I even searched “good reviews for no more rack” and still found horrible ones as recent as a week ago…not one good one…..it made me really nervous, so I’ll wait and see what happens.
