Look what awesome meat coupon popped up this morning…. $1.00 off HORMEL ALWAYS TENDER meat!! I have been to Walmart Stores all over the country and I have had very little trouble finding these awesome dinner savers! My favorite way to eat these is out of a crock pot with whatever marinade I feel like that day. The kids love them, we shred or slice them for sandwiches, it is an easy and good meal!

I agree! these are a staple in our dinner rotation! our favorite is pulled pork sandwiches made using the Pionner Woman’s recipe http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2011/03/spicy-dr-pepper-shredded-pork/
I use 2 tenderloins ( in place of the pork butt) and we serve them on the mini hawaian rolls…mmmmm yum! this makes alot! so plenty for another meal…..(baked potato bar is awesome with this meat on top! we have even done tacos, nachos or tostadas…)
There is also a Target coupon for $1 that can be stacked with this one. I have seen the pork chops marked down before due to the sell date and have ended up with cheap meat. We like to cube it up, add salsa, green chilies and a little brown sugar and slow cook it. We then make our version of Chipotle bowls.
