What do you submit for proof of purchase for this rebate–it requires a UPC and invoice, however, my dutch oven was drop shipped in a box labeled with contents but no UPC on the outside, no invoice on the inside.
Your receipt from KOhl’s should cover the invoice, and there has to be a UPC somewhere on the box.
Where do you find the UPC on the box?
Mine has no invoice on the inside and no UPC other than what UPS put on the box. I printed the original e-mail that was itemized for receipt. I don’t know for UPC. I was in the phone with Kohls for an hour and they couldn’t figure it out and told me to call UPS. Does anybody else have any ideas?
