I’m wondering if you have had any problems with 6PM customer service, or suggestions for me.
I ordered a pair of boots from them and when they arrived, one side of one boot was discolored and cracking. Part of the material was actually flaking off. I could not find a customer service number to call so I wrote to them through the email contact info. they have on the website. All I received from them was a standard information page regarding their return policy. No exchanges and returns at own cost – even with defective items. I “replied” to the message they send me and received the exact same information page again. No direct answers to my specific questions.
Any experience with 6PM customer service – or suggestions?
