For a few years we did this same idea actually at my house. Everyone put in $15 and we ordered fruit and vegetables from a wholesaler, then we sorted them and everyone came by my house to pick them up. It was such a great deal and I REALLY miss it!
If you go HERE you can take a look at what they have to offer.
From Reader Beth,
The best thing about it is you participate (pay) each week only if you want to. It is 100% volunteer run and the fruit is really high quality. You can get regular baskets or organic but organic is a smaller basket. It is 1/2 fruit and 1/2 veggies. $15 plus 1.50 handling fee ($3 fee your first time). No additional handling fee if you order more than one basket. Even if there are a couple of things in your basket that you don’t like, it is still worth $15. I just give away whatever I don’t like.

Just as angelic as she looks, this girl could easily raise a Village by herself, and all the children would grow up to be President.
Self proclaimed, she would be a webkinz dog. Because, "they're cute, and puppies are too. And they're sweet and they always get along with other puppies."
