I find that my hair does great in any weather. But when it comes to wind and my hair it looks like bed head for the rest of the day which is not great when you live in windy colorado.

Umm… It’s usually terrible in humidity because I like to wear it straight. If I want to play up my natural waves/curls then sometimes the humidity helps bring them out.

I have incredibly thick and long curly hair. And living outside of Houston definitely doesn’t help. I have a routine of only brushing it right when I get out of the shower because if I brush it while it is dry it turns into what my friends and family call my “lion hair.” Regardless of when it gets brushed, it is forever frizzy. My bathroom cabinet is filled with endless products to flatten my seemingly tameless locks, none that have really worked too great, then again, the ones that would probably work best are outta my budget. I bought a GVP (Global Value Product) hair straightener a couple years ago, trying to save money while still attempting to have straight hair. It works for about 2 hours, then returns to my humidity-stricken mane.
Haha, you know what they say, everyone wants what they don’t have.
Needless to say, my hair is no match for this Gulf coast humidity.

Yes, I have to agree with you on the Big Fat No for humidity agreeing with my hair also. Frizz and flyaways make up those bad hair days.

Humidity, on the whole, makes my hair ridiculously frizzy and gross. However, super dry climates are just as bad for it. I need balance! 🙂
My hair does not style well in humidity at all ( Since I have lots and lots of curls) . However the past, oh 6 months, that hasn’t been an issue here in Texas. (Since there hasn’t been a rain cloud in sight)…. Except luckily we got rain 4 days last week! While its not good news for my hair it is wonderful news for everything else!

My hair does not do well in humidity!! I used to perm my hair, until 97, then I guess my hair just got sick of perms so it stayed curly. I havent had a perm since. I always have to have gel or a water just to keep it from looking like a big fuzz ball.

My hair not play nice when it’s humid outside. It is generally completely straight as a board but when the humidity strikes, somehow the hairline miraculously curls! I wouldn’t know! My Daughter took my hair dryer when she moved out after graduation so for the last year or so it’s been almost daily ponytail! My youngest daughter has perfect hair no matter what and Hair appliances are just too expensive to replace for just me!
