I found the only way to get the 20% off is to be an amazon mom as well as have amazon prime.

Which store? At Walmart you can get 184 wipes for $5.97.
Target has these wipes, huggies natural care 552 ct on sale for 12.49 and there is a 1.50 target coupon you can print too, so cheaper then amazon. And when you buy 2 boxes of wipes you get a $5 gift card so even better. So buy (2) boxes 12.49 each= 24.98-(2) 1.50/1 target q and (2) .50/1 manf. q from huggies website (or any huggies wipe mailer q’s) -$5 gift card when you buy 2 and you got a pretty sweet deal. When I did the deal I had 1.00/1 manf q’s and a gift card to use from a previous transaction. Mine deal ended up being .01 per wipe:) hope this helps
