Every morning I drink a smoothie for breakfast, always with whey protein powder and banana, depending on what is in the fridge is how it ends! Usually some spinach and frozen fruit as well. I always use my Vita Mix but when we are camping I can’t drag that so I bring my handy immersion blender!
