Each physical coupon that you hold in your hand can only be used and scanned one time.
Safeway won’t double off printed coupons. You can use printed coupons but they won’t apply the double off toward printed coupons.
Yes they will. They double printable coupons!!
I think it depends on the store. Mine does not.
