Yes, I think so. I wear an 8 and get a M and they are always the same size on me.

Oh!! Good question… I would say you are ok with the smaller. I normally wear a M but got a small once, and I can’t tell which is which

If you still don’t want to spend that much, don’t forget to check your local thrift stores for Lucy brand. I have found a few cute tanks for $3.99. Not sure if i would pay the $30+ for one online. I’m still hoping that I can find a pair of the pants 🙂
