My 4 year old son did not like the LeapPad we bought him last year. he was too familiar with the iPad and it just wasn’t advanced enough. BUT most of my friends are getting the inn tab or leapad for their kids. I have a fire, but my little ones have never played with it, so I don’t know. I would say one of the kid tablets unless you want it for movies, then I would get the fire.
