I admit I have a serious peanut butter addiction, but it’s so dang high in fat that I have been trying to cut it out.
On an email list I am on they have been talking about this product called PB2. It is powdered peanut butter. Don’t ask me how they do it-I don’t know! So I bought some and LOVE it. It is very low in fat, 1.5 grams in 2T compared to 7-8 grams of fat in 2T in regular peanut butter.
I put it in my smoothies in the morning with a banana, protein powder and soy milk. The best part is that it also comes in CHOCOLATE!
I have no affiliation with the company and they definitely didn’t send me any to give away! But I did buy a bunch for me and for my food storage so I thought I could give either a regular or a chocolate to one lucky winner. Picked (of course) by my beautiful, smart children on Monday!
So you know the ropes… comment and leave your name and email, and for an additional entry follow my blog and I’ll put you in twice!

Cool! We go through ALOT of PB in this household. I would love to try this stuff out. May have to order some if I don’t win! 🙂
I have always wanted that powdered peanut butter. I’m not a peanut butter addict so I know that it be good for me to have in my weight watchers diet. I couldn’t afford to buy it online yet.
I will add this to my thai recipes that my daughter loves. She wants to eat healthy but will only eat peanut butter in my thai recipes, lol. I will have her try it in a smoothie too. Her physical therapist wants her to eat healthy too. This is a beautful blog, I agree.
Yum!!!

Wow…..never heard of powder peanut butter. I would like to try it though. I, like you, love the stuff myself. It is so high in protein, why so high in fat. Everything good is full of fat eh.

Hi, please do not enter me in the giveaway, you will laugh at me, but I just had to say I have never heard of POWDERED peanut butter. My American friends laugh at me when I make funny faces when they mention Peanut Butter. I can not stand the stuff, when I make sandwiches for the boys and hubby and I get some on my fingers I gag! I guess using the powdered stuff that wouldn’t happen :0)
Ahhh! Someone who doesn’t like peanut butter!! I could never live overseas, I know it is hard to find, I would never make it!
What a great product! And awesome for food storage, too!lindsmoore55 at yahoo dot com
Pick me…. Pick me! (jumping up and down, with head popping into picture on the way up.)
Hey there! I found your blog from your post on SeriousWeightWatchers. I’d love to try this stuff! I’ve been craving Thai peanut sauce, and I wonder if it could be used to make that lower in fat. I’m signing up to follow your blog, too, and I’ll try to catch up with it tomorrow at work.
