My Walmart argued that the chapstick I got was wrong because the Q beeped. I had a strawberry and a cherry in the package? On the Q it just said off any 2 Chapstick? I will try again I guess.

I think the problem is with the coupon. I had the same issue with my chapstick purchase at Wal-Mart. The CSM agreed that I had the correct product & just manually entered the coupons. For some reason, the coupon is just not scanning.
