I have gone to heb to use the $5, but some cashiers say you cant combine the coupon with their coupon? I told them I have done it before, and she said we are not supposed too?
Print the HEB coupon policy and take it with you. It clearly says that you can combine a “B” coupon with a manufacturer coupon. They might not know their own policy!
