HEB is notorious for having the “B” coupons on makeup and this week is no exception! Both the Cover Girl and the L’Oreal have “B” in-store coupons that you can combine with manufacturer coupons. If you have ever had a problem I would print and take the HEB coupon policy with you. If you are also not sure what all the coupons mean at HEB, I have a post HERE you can read to refresh!
From their coupon policy:
H-E-B will combine store sponsored yellow coupons with manufacturer coupons for the same product
- One (1) manufacturer issued coupon and one (1) H-E-B issued Store-sponsored (Type S)
- One (1) manufacturer issued coupon and one (1) H-E-B issued Big Savings coupon (Type B)
There is a $2 off L’Oreal Lip, Foundation, Powder, Blush, Concealers, and Mascara ( excludes nail, eye shadow and eyeliners) coupon you can use.

How many heb coupons do you get to use in one transaction? Does it scan once and take off that amount for every item?
I use 1 per item, I have not tried it that way!!
You have to scan one per item. It will not take off that amount for every item if you just scan one. You can use as many HEB coupons in one transaction as you like as long as you have that amount of items to go with the HEB coupons. I do it all the time.
You have to scan one HEB coupon per item. It will not take off that amount for every item if you only scan one HEB coupon. EX. if you have 20 covergirl items you will need to scan 20 HEB coupons. If you only scan one it only takes off one. You can use as many HEB coupons as you like in one transaction as long as you have that many items…I do it all the time.
