Sorry, this really doesn’t have anything to do with the Kroger mega deal but I just wanted to remind people to CHECK THEIR RECEIPTS. I randomly check mine and quite frequently find errors (never in my favor, lol). Today, there was a $3 error on my Target receipt and a week ago there was a $5 error on my HEB receipt (neither of these errors were coupon related – one was a cashier error and the other error involved a product that didn’t ring up at the correct price.)
I love HEB but I think I’ve found the most errors there, usually dealing with those “meal deal” things in which the cashier has to scan all the product coupons.
I shudder to think of all the errors I miss 🙁

I really don’t shop at HEB anymore for this reason, almost every time I would go they would ring something up wrong. It is so frustrating, I don’t have time to wait at customer service let alone if I have to make another trip to correct it which I have done several times! I do 80% of my shopping at Kroger now 🙂
I’m just the opposite! Before Kroger stopped D/T, that was the only store I shopped at. I never shopped HEB. Now, I don’t even step into Kroger not even for the Mega Sales! I’m still mad at them for stopping the D/T. I’m an HEB gal now. HEB is always packed with customers and it’s hard to get a close parking spot. I don’t think that’s the case at Kroger, from what I’m hearing.
