Can you believe JcPenny Salon in The Woodlands called me at 10:45pm on Friday to schedule my appointment!!! I asked the women “Do you realize what time it is??” Her response “Do you want the free hair cut or not??” Ummm… NO THANK YOU I would rather PAY someone then put up with that kind of attitude!!
Really? I can’t believe they were open that late!
The salon doesn’t close until 10pm and that’s when she said they make their calls! Really after 10pm?? I sound like an old lady complaining about how late it is lol but I really didn’t think it was very professional.
I just spoke to someone at JCPenny in the Woodlands at 10:30 am on Tuesday. Maybe they are more prepared for the rush of people now. They were very polite and able to get me in next week.
My daughter’s haircut appointment on SUNDAY turned out great! Everyone was really nice, they even reminded me to bring my daughter in again before the month was over for a trim since it would still be free. I am in O.C. California.
Just called the woodlands mall. Got in on Thursday . The receptionist was really nice .
