OHHHH!!! My friends and I are actually switching to this method! We have a community file for all our extra inserts we dumpster dive for but the ones we get for our personal use (from our own papers) we've been filing in a bag. (or atleast I have).It's been working out…until lately when they got out of order and it makes it difficult to see the dates, I have to pull them out.
My friend just got a 3-ring for herself and I was going out this weekend to try and find one … Maybe I'll hold off in hopes of winning this!

I currently use 2 plastic accordian style coupon holder that I carry in my free CVS bag. Their bands usually break within a week they are so full. I also took my daughter's strawberry shortcake binder to store some items in, but it's falling apart and I never got pages in it to organize my coupons. This would be a tremendous help!
Hey kids, PICK ME! Lately, I've been putting the date on the front of my inserts and sticking them in a manilla folder. Not the easiest way to find a coupon on the spur of the moment!
Of course I coupon and would LOVE to get this binder. Currently i use those mini file holders you get at the dollar spot @ Target. O.M.G. That looks AWESOME! I had been looking at binders while shopping for last minute school supplies yesterday thinking and planning ahead on what to get for my coupons. I sadly currently use a little tiny accordion style thing that cost me a whole $1 at Michael's. It's not very effective. Love your blog…I check in everyday and I would LOVE LOVE LOVE this coupon binder. My current organizing system consists of lots of envelopes and piles along the buffet and when I get tired of looking at them, I put them in the drawer of the buffet and re-sort them when I pull them out. I would love to win!! My current method for couponing is to excitedly look through the Sunday paper, cut out the ones I like & plan to use. Then I carefully stuff them in a kitchen drawer (or my purse or the side pocket in my car) until they are too crumpled &/or stained to effectively scan if/when they are eventually used.

Wow, what an exciting giveaway!!! I currently use a diaper wipe container. I pulled off the top, use envelopes with an index card stapled to each stating the category. It works well enough and was basically free, so I can't complain. But, I love the idea of the binder!

I used to use a system like this, only it was coded via computer – each pocket had a number as did each coupon. You'd print out your list each week, and it'd make finding the coupons soooo simple!! I really wish I could find that web site again.

Hi, I live in a house that should be for me and my hubby, but my son just got back from iraq about 6 months ago and him, his wife and grand baby are staying with me because they are building a house. so oh yea this is my first time with the coupon cutting and I love it. I am shocked at how much I save now because for right now everything helps. I use an accordian file that can only hold the coupons that I really think I'll use. The rest have to stay at home in the insert or smaller accordian. This one sounds really cool especially with a strap to make things much easier!
I hate to admit this but I use a ratty old rubber band to carry my coupons around. And sometimes that rubber band breaks and all my coupons fall to the bottom of my purse. Really puts a damper in grocery shopping.

Wow! Would I ever love this! I currently have two accordian files that I use. My one big one has a handle and (barely) holds my coupons. The other fits in my purse and is divided by store. Before I go shop, I put all the coupons I think I'll use (for the "deals") in to the purse file. I still take the big one in with me in case I find a good deal, but the purse one helps me to be more prepared (and juggle less). Would love some help with a binder!!

I've always used a coupon box with tabbed dividers – same think my mom always used. But now that I'm printing coupons from online, I have to also use a small accordion file that's a bit wider than the coupon box so they will fit neatly. Two cases is not ideal, but works for me…for now! 🙂

My name is Tina. (I'm using my husband's gmail address.) I have been using coupons for a little while, and I'm doing my best to keep my grocery budget for my family of 5 down to a respectable level. That's a challenge when 2 of the 5 are active, growing teenage boys!
My current coupon "organization" involves the whole Sunday paper coupon inserts stacked in date order on my kitchen counter, and a small recipe box to hold the ones I have clipped, printed, or that came in the mail. The stack stays there until the wind blows through my kitchen, which is whenever one of my kids goes out the back door, then I have to re-organize it all once again. It's a hassle, but I don't really know how to organize my coupons yet.
When I go shopping, I take the coupons I need, putting them inside a junk mail envelope that has my shopping list written on the back. Please pick me, as I would really love to be more organized, and have a much less cluttered kitchen counter! Besides, that is a really cool binder, and since it is already put together, I could then be organized, stay that way, and be ready to go shopping whenever a good sale comes up! Thanks!

I have an expanding file.
I currently use the envelopes in a shoebox method. I find myself having to make two trips to shop though. The first to buy the things in the ads that I've been able to match up to my coupons, and the second using the list that I compiled on my first trip with all of the unadvertised specials. There's just no way using my current method that I can carry it around with me. I've considered using a binder, but I'm to cheap… I mean FRUGAL to purchase one if I don't know that it is going to be the bomb. 🙂

I am currently using an old dirty binder that does not stay closed anymore and my two year is always trying to get into my everything. I would like to upgrade to a nicer binder that my little guy cannot try to get into and play..

Right now I am using one of those accordian style organizers that I got at the dollar store. I know…very cheap!!! This would be a tremendous help in organizing my coupons and would save LOTS of time in the store for when I start searching for that one particular coupon that I know I have!!

I follow and I would love to win this binder. I have been couponing for 37 years and still only have envelopes to use. I have a family of seven so it does get difficult at times.
I have a 4*6 box with little index card dividers. Originally it worked, but now I have outgrown it. Now I have a huge stack of coupons that has backed up because it doesn't fit ion my box. =(
Tiffany, my current method of coupons is to carefully clip them, make my grocery list, and then wad up my coupons in a ball and jam them in the bottom of my diaper bag, to be forgotten about until I return home from the store…successful, don't you think? I would truly truly love one of these, and sing praises to your name, all day. (Tell your kids they can come live with me for a week and eat all the candy they want, too!)
I use pencil cases for each of my coupon sections. They are each labeled and held together with binder rings. They are clear so I can easily see through them.
I too have a bunch of organizers laying around and I just hate it. I can't find the perfect one for me. I have the old fashioned small plastic check holder and then I went to a longer one so all the coupons fit, I then went to the "Couponizer" but I can't get my coupons to fit so then I went to a plastic box called the Coupon File and I hate carrying it because it never fits right in the shopping cart. I try to have my coupons out and ready to go but when I see something marked down, I hate to go thru any of these coupons holders because it takes so much time. I sometimes have to take the kids so they can hold the coupons for me. Oh, please help me. I really need a time saving coupon organizer that works. I have fibromyalgia and the time for grocery shopping has to be quick because the walking thru out the store is painful. If I don't win the giveaway, can you let me know what the best organizing system that you have found is that isn't complicated and easy to work with at the store. I take my ancient dollar-store envelope organizer to the store every week. Yes it is purple. Yes it is held together with a rubber band. Yes, a coupon did just fall out, and yes, i want it back.

I love to collect & share coupons (my nickname is couponkel). I have been keeping my coupons in a 3×5-index card box under different categories. My husband and I were just starting to get the hang of it…but then our car was repo'd…with my coupons in it! I was so sad…Not my coupons, they are our babies!
We are staying positive though and working on starting a new coupon family : )

Oh my goodness!!! That is EXACTLY what I dream of. I am just starting my commitment to use coupons consistently and this would be perfect! Right now I use envelopes… but alas, the coupon spill has happened more than once, so those baseball card sheets look like heaven!!!

I use a mixture of envelopes and a very cheap looking small coupon organizer. It does the job but I could definitely do with upgrading.

Can I bribe your kids? I NEED this. First, to answer your question, I bought a plastic receipt divider at Target to hold my coupons. I love the idea of the binder.
But I am even more excited about the coupons. You see, I live in a small town and my small town newspaper doesn't have coupons. I tried some couponing a few months ago and I made some great deals, but with buying coupons off ebay (I know, I am paying for their time not the coupons) my hubby wasn't very excited about it.
We did talk today, and as long as I set a budget and stay in ($$ and time wise), he will be happy to encourage this.
So I would love to win this INCREDIBLE prize!

First off I like to say that I love your blog. I came upon it a few weeks ago and I find myself checking it 4-6 times daily! I'm addicted. Since I just started couponing, I have been taking the coupons and filing them by release date of the newspaper in hanging file folders. This may not be the best method but it keeps them together instead of all over my house and with 4 young children that is one less mess I have to clean up!

I currently use the Coupon Mom menthod – I group inserts together by type and date, then cut as needed to match my shopping list. But I'd love to try such a snazzy binder!

I keep all my inserts in an accordian file and clip as needed. I also have a binder with pages w/pockets. As I clip coupons for weekly deals I put them in the corresponding folder page ie…Target, Walgreens, CVS etc..
This is a good for now method but definitely needs some improvement!

My current coupon system consists of a ratty envelope that I dig through before any trips to the store. I pull out and put into store specific envelopes when I leave the house, but the ratty one tags along in the diaper bag in case I find a good deal to add a coupon to that I forgot to out in the store envelope.

Trying to rebuild my stash, but it's catch as catch can right now…

I use a binder method similar to yours. My new Sis-in-law lives 1.000 miles away and is in awe of the whole binder/coupon way to save $$$. I try to give instructions on how to start a binder, but yours would be a WONDERFUL wedding gift for a couple just starting off. Thanks for all you do!

I currently use a cheap coupon organizer from the Target $1 section. It's too small to hold all the coupons I clip, so I just end up with piles of them in a drawer. I definitely could use something bigger!
