Paul and I were able to run into Target today at lunch to grab some deals. Paul is not a Target shopper so I had to spend a little time explaining how to shop there 🙂 We were able to grab some great toy deals and save some serious money!
This Target trip is from my friend Tonia! She did a great job and only spent $69.51 saving $175~
Tonia saved 72% on this trip.

I had the same fab experience except I purchased more games or older kids. I was able to score Battleship, Bop it, Simon Flash, etc for 5.00..when using a 5.00 target coupon an a 5.00 manufacter coupon….then you get a 6.89 card game for 0.00!!!! My total savings today was 219.74, my OOP was 55!! I’m almost done with Christmas and its only March.

Are you allowed to use the stacked coupons at Target more than once in the same transaction? When I went to Target the cashier was a little confused about the coupons and said they should be separate transactions if it is for the same thing??? Example: I had a store coupon and a manuf. coupon for 1 item and then had another store and manuf. for another item.
Tiffany says
No once they are scanned you can not use them again. You would need more coupons
Jeanne says
Sorry, I didn’t explain well enough. I had a second set, but she said they should be separate transactions for each because they were the same item.
Maria S. says
On my recent Target coupons I printed today, which are the toy ones, it specifically says “Limit one coupon or offer per guest”. One “like” Target coupon is allowed per person, according to this statement on the coupon. Whether or not the cashier/store allows something different is another story. I follow the coupon guidelines, which means I would only use 1 “like” Target coupon.
Tiffany says
I am sure that most people follow the coupon guidelines. The Target Toy coupons that came in the Sunday paper did NOT say that at all they said, “limit 1 store coupon and 1 manufacturer coupon per item.” Which is completely appropriate to use in the same transaction.
Ramsey says
I forget, with Target do I give them the target coupons first of the manufacturer ones? Or does it matter with them? I can’t keep any of these places straight but I can’t pass some of these deals up! 🙂
Tiffany says
It did not matter this time

Man oh man. gotta love this one! My Target is like the coupon police at Walmart people always speak about. Although my WM is wonderful, unlike our Target! Whenever I have MQ & TQ, they always hassle me, quite often they will only give me the first coupon I hand to them and not the other. Even the store manager, says no you can’t use two together. So I seldom go to Target, sticking to WM. But I am wondering if I can ad match these to WM with all the coupons? Any help?
Thanks
Tiffany says
Not really because a big part of the deals are the target coupons and you can’t use them at WAlmart

I tried to purchase multiple board games in the same transaction- and the cashier and manager refused to allow me. When I asked whether I could so a second transaction to purchase the other board game they said I would have to return the next day, as each customer is limited to a single coupon offer per day. This seemed like total BS to me and I am not happy that I have to waste gas money to drive back!
Tiffany says
I am goin to say total BS also and I would call corporate and complain.
Maria S. says
It says directly on the Target toy coupons I just printed today “Limit one coupon of offer per guest”. I have to strongly disagree that the posted shopping trip from Sarah was “b.s.”, it specifically states “one coupon or offer per guest” on the Target coupon. I personally feel like all the calls to corporate I read about on blogs is seriously going to hurt couponing, especially when the consumer would be wrong, like in this case.
Tiffany says
I have never seen that on a Target coupon before. If that is the case than you should only use 1. I disagree about the calls to corporate. The uneducated cashiers are hurting more consumers from couponing than anything else. More people quit because they are harassed by cashiers for no reason than anything else. Target is notoriously bad for this, and for making up all kinds of “new policy” on the spot.
Diane M. says
All my Target printables state “one coupon or offer per guest”. At my Target they just let me do 2 separate transactions. I have never had an issue there and all cashiers are very friendly. I am very fortunate!
Tiffany says
The coupons that came in the Toy insert in the Sunday paper do not say that. It is only the Target printables that do. The coupons in the Sunday paper only say limit 1 store coupon and 1 manufacturer coupon per item.
Sarah says
You are correct that the printable Target coupons state a limit of one coupon offer per person. However, the Target coupons from the Sunday paper inserts do not state this. Perhaps you’ll be satisfied to know that I did not call corporate and complain. I simply returned the next day to purchase the second board game.
Leah says
I had a great trip today too but on a smaller scale…. However there was a woman clearing the shelves of games and toys. I love couponing but that really irked me and takes fun out of it.
Vivian says
I’m scared to go to target and find no toys I have to go tomorrow. GOD ZZpplease help me………..
Jennifer says
I can’t find the Playdoh Target coupon under the toy section. Am I missing it? Thanks!
Tonya says
Look under Easter
Jenny says
Can you print one single target coupon more than once? For example, I print target ragu coupon once, but want another target ragu coupon.
Nicole Cooper says
you can usually print target coupons twice on the same computer unless they run out of that coupon

I scored two Disney princess dolls with matching toddler dresses reg. price 34.99 on sale foe 30.00 and I used the 50 percent off trgt con from the sale ad and paid 32.00 for both. Ya! It was a hassle and took an hour only after I pointed out the pay 15.00 in their ad was I able to get it approved . . . Which is why we love the mart!!!
olivia says
Could she have used the $3 Target MEGA bloks Hello Kitty play set for the Hello Kitty Megabloks that was bought for $4.74 or is it just for the big play set that is shown on the coupon?
Michelle Webb says
I went to Target today to get the board games and had no problem. The cashier actually was admiring my coupon binder and said she was taking notes on my transaction. I was able to purchase 4 board games in one transaction and got 3 of the free card games. Pretty good deal.
