There are some pretty sweet deals you can at Target right now “rolling” the $5 gift cards that they are offering right now! I wanted to show you an example of how it can be done. I have not been doing this at Target for a while and like I said a few days ago, I wanted to give it a shot again! It took 15 min to shop and only about 10 minutes to check out.
It was *9* transactions! Once I paid for 1 transaction, I got my gift card and just walked to the back of the line and checked out again… I did this 9 times. I also wanted to make sure that I could do the P&G MIR rebate.
Total from all 9 Transactions = $57.44 For $129 worth of stuff
PLUS I still have a $5 Gift Card left for next time, AND I will be able to get my $15 P&G MIR making it only $37.44 OOP

It depended on when you printed them what expiration date you got. They have popped up once in a while.
So jealous! The only Target near me is under construction (renovation). They say they’re open, but it’s such a disaster in there and they’ve had no yogurt, waffles, anything refrigerated or frozen, really, in probably two months. All my Target coupons will expire in a day or two. I asked today if they would accept them when the renovation is over and they start bringing in food again, but they said no:( BOOOOOOO! Happy for you that you got some great deals, though!

If the sale items are not on the floor and they will not get them from out back for you I would ask for a raincheck. There should be no issue getting one, and if there is the store manager should be contacted. Obviously they should be selling items, and if not and they are advertised then are “out of stock” and should be issued as a raincheck.
As for doing 9 transactions and buying so many multiples, good that your store allowed that. This would clear the shelves at many stores, especially this late in the week when replenishment hasn’t come in quite yet (sadly). My location has been out of stock on the frosted flakes since 2pm Sunday.
Also beware P&G coupons are limted to 4 like coupons per “shopping trip” not transaction. If you have not left the building or the area its really not a different trip….and many stores will enforce this after having people wipe the shelves in back-to-back or close transactions. Better to go have lunch or hit another store and come back if you need to make more than one transaction of the same items.

Is there a limit to how many gift cards you can get in one transaction? I like to save my gc’s for christmas so I do them all in one transaction. I am planning to buy 12 P&G products in one transaction. Will I get 4 gift cards?

The P & G total just doesn’t add up to $50.00. Before taxes I get $43.96.
5 Oil Of Olay Body washes @ $5ea = $25
7 Head & SHoulders @ $4.74 ea = $33.18
$33.18 + $25.00 = $58.19 is the total I got
not sure how you got $43.96??
