We are HUGE fans of Hormel canned chicken. Many of you that know Paul and I personally know that he lost 35 pounds over the summer, he did it by cutting out the carbs. Thats it, really easy…. ( for a guy anyway! ) I ate well along with him and just feel better!

Each day we made “chicken salad” and ate it on lettuce or a deli thin. We just opened a can of chicken, drained it, added a little fat free mayo, seasoning salt, celery, curry and tobasco. It was really good and I never got tired of it!
