Same here for the parade magazine, and only 1 out of 3 of my papers had the target page. I noticed that two of my papers were in green sacks and one in a white sack (I didn’t notice if the one white sack had the target Q or not… I’ll pay more attention next time.) Anyone know if this is code for something or is it just whatever bag they grab?

I receive two newspapers and only had the Borden milk coupon in the Parade mag. and no Target coupons in either newspaper. 🙁
