Yes you get them @ McDonalds they do say limit 1 coupon per person per visit and can only be used by children 12 and under.

I got them at the McDonalds in Walmart on 242 & 45
I have been trying to get these gift certificates, but here in Oklahoma City there seems to be no stores participating. I asked my son to see if he could find some in Texas and send to me, Hopefully he can find some. The only question is, if I get the would we be able to use them, if they say *at participating locations?
I tried to get some for my Mom last night in Richmond, Tx, but they didn’t know what we were talking about. I am going to check in Sugar Land today. I’ll let you know how it goes later.
I went to the one in Copperfield today and they said they will not have them until next week.
These Halloween booklets are only available at corporate McDonalds not privately owned McDonalds. Once you purchase them, there is usually no problems in using them at any McDonalds. Hope this helps!
Thanks for this information Lee. I wish we could find a list of the corporate locations, it seems most are private in my area.
I got one a week or so ago, but no hamburger coupons only the other stuff and looked different than the pic. Maybe I will check again.
In Michigan they are $2.00 as well
