According to cover girl straight from corporate they are NOT face products as cover girl defines them.
Technically all makeup goes on your face so they define face as foundation, concealer and blush. Your base coat then they categorize into eyes and lips

I was at Walmart at 8AM with a stock of blush.Trust me, I was getting looks. I usually share this with family and friends. Also, we work with a domestic violence shelter when we can and I pick these up to donate to them. No, I did not clear the shelf!

I also used the printable coupons on the shick razor for5.00 they where on sale sale 4.99. With overage I had I bought a toy that was 50percent off. I only spent 5.02 for my total.
