I would use the money to purchase coupons online and then purchase the items and donate them to the elderly people who live in my mothers elderly complex. I often bring couponed items over and leave them for the elderly people to take. They are all on fixed incomes and often go without much food because their money goes towards their expensive prescriptions they need to take. I have a job and can afford to buy food for my family, so I like to “have fun” purchasing things for very little money using coupons and then donating it to these elderly people. They are soooo thankful and appreciative, it makes me feel good and it’s a good thing to do 🙂
Budget is tight, needs are many, so won’t have a problem using the money.
