Recipe ~ How To Make Candy Cane Cookies

• 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
• 1/2 teaspoon red food coloring

Here are some tips for making these:

1. In a small bowl, mix together the crushed candy cane and remaining white sugar.
2. Roll them directly on the granite because it is cold and the dough worked better
3. Would suggest doubling the recipe for enough for everyone to help
