How To Make Italian Beef Sandwiches

Hi Everyone! We are back in the kitchen with the most delicious easy to make Italian Beef Sandwiches. We are loving the fall weather because that means it is crock-pot season. You all know how busy are lives are so any meal that is a one crock-pot wonder is perfect for me and my family. Grab your crock-pot and a few simple ingredients for a homemade meal that everyone will be asking for more.

Prep time only takes a few minutes and you are well on your way to a satisfying meal.

These ingredients are most likely already in your kitchen just waiting to be apart of your new favorite dinner recipe. The only item that you may need to shop for is the B-V Broth and Sauce Concentrate (Beef). We buy ours on Amazon but we have also been able to find it Walmart from time to time. When you purchase via Amazon you will be ordering a set of 12. Don’t worry about it! You are not ordering too much! Once you taste how yummy these Italian Beef Sandwiches are, you will be making this meal several times a month. You will need those 12 count jars! Trust me! Worth every penny!

No fancy cooking skills needed. All you have to do is layer your ingredients in the crock-pot, cook on low all day while tending to your busy schedule. This is a great “set it and forget it” recipe. When you return to the kitchen, you will have an amazing meal to enjoy.

Note: You may or may not want to brown your beef roast in a skillet before placing it into the crock-pot. I prefer to do so and it only takes a little bit of time. Browning the outside of the beef roast is a great way to seal in all that flavor.

Your family will be trying to take nibbles all day in anticipation. When Paul walks through the door and this meal is in the crock-pot, he knows exactly what I am making and he is instantly excited for dinner. Once your meal is ready to eat, it is really easy to shred the meal right in the crock-pot with very little effort. The beef is so juicy and tender that it will simply fall apart as you pull the beef apart with a fork.

We love using the bolillo rolls for our Italian Beef Sandwiches but of course, you will want to choose your favorite bread. The kids love those little Hawaiian Rolls as well for little mini sandwiches. Place the beef roast on the bread and top with your favorite cheese. We love Provolone and Swiss. Cheese! No Cheese! It’s up to you.
