I need to stock up on TP, but $1.18 for a 4pk is that good??? $.29/roll. I always hear couponers say they get TP free……..they never pay for it. How is that??
I am not that sure about it either, but I would guess that if you shop at local stores that double coupons then this item would be free, instead of having to pay the aditional amount. I ran into the issue of the stores only doubleing the smaller amounts up to .50 cents, and then the larger amounts are just that amount off, I would also like to know for sure how do they get it for free if this is not right?

this is a pretty decent price for a 4pk. i just bought 16pk angel softs for $3.99 after $.50cent coupon (doubled). however, as most couponers say they get it free it comes with experience as well as things like ECB, RR, and other drugstore rewards… so technically its still paid for Out of pocket but they get it back with rewards. (my opinion) 🙂
There is a coupon for Marcal Small Steps paper products (toilet paper & paper towels) that has been in the paper a lot recently. It is for FREE product (up to $1) or $1 off the purchase of any Marcal Small Steps. If you use this on the 4 roll tp which is usually priced at .88c or .99c then the tp is free. It is completely recycled tp and is actually pretty nice. The only stores that I’ve seen this at are Food Town and Sellers Brothers. You can check the Marcal site for stores that carry the product or see if you have one of the above stores in your area. I hope this helps, I’ve been able to get about 9 packs of tp for free in the past two months or so.
This is a good deal for Scott Tp. You have to take notice of the number of sheets per roll. Free is always good too.
