I just went to our local Walgreens and this deal won’t work in West Palm Beach, FL. Pantene is on sale for 2/$7.00. I’m new to couponing so I drove over there before checking the flier- bad move that won’t happen again.

I went to walgreens this morning (the same 1 that had the deal when I went yesterday) and they had removed the $1.29 when I asked the Manager he told me that someone had miss marked them!!! I was SICK to think that I could have gotten TWELVE bottles FREE yesterday if I hadn’t left my coupon book at home!!! Oh well maybe next time =]
ugh! i cant beleive this i got some pantene last night with 2 of my coupons 🙁 i bougght 4 bottles for $6. i thought that was cheap/ i feel like a big dummy. i still have 3 coupons though. Nivea bodywash is part of Kroger’s mega sale this week. It is $2.49 when you buy 10 so it’s a .51 cent per bottle money maker. I’m so glad I couldn’t find these at Wal-Mart because it helped me get some food this week.

When I went to walgreens yesterday, I had found 1 pack of Reach floss for .99 cents and I was buying it with all my other items. When she scanned the 1.00 off any Reach floss coupon she couldn’t get it to work, but I had other items and my total was above the 1.00, I don’t understand. I ended up forgetting it I didn’t have much more time to wait! 🙁
I couldn’t get a clearance toothbrush marked .74 with my .75 coupon. She called the manager to see if he’d adjust it but he said no.
In Texas just south of Houston we can’t use this deal either just went to my Walgreen’s and it is 2/7 here also.
Walgreens also has the right guard body wash b1g1. There was a coupon from 5/1 for B1g1. Making them both free, I didn’t even have to pay tax! Right guard deodorant is 2.99 and the same coupon is good for the right guard deodorant so its 2 deodorants for 2.99 plus you get $2 register rewards!
Seriously? this didn’t occur to me… I saw both the in store bigi and the bigi coupon but it didnt occur to me that they would both be free. They let you do this!! 🙂 Awesomeness.

Bummer! My Walgreens is 2 for $7 with 1 rewards buck. So my shampoo was $1.50 each. I grabbed a couple because I need shampoo but wish I could have grabbed this deal. Congrats on scoring some great priced shampoo.

I just went to 2 walgreens on 1960 and also did not find it at this price. only 2 for $6.00
imma check my walgreens tomoro! i have 5 in my area, but only go to 4 of them cause the closest one gives me the hardest time abt my coupons. if i use an RR on an item that gives you an RR they will tear it up right there and tell you it’s their policy to not give RR’s out when you paid using an RR. they also wont give overage or adjust a coupon 🙁
I would contact customer service immediately, perhaps even while in the store. That is not their place to withhold a coupon (or “cash”) in this instance.
I’m wondering if the deal will make it all the way around the country eventually. I’m gonna hold onto these coupons for a bit and see. Mine is 2/$7 here in MN as well. Going to look at others just in case though!

Can you use a $3/1 for each bottle and use more fillers to get the total over $6? I am going to get my tylenol precise, they were out last week, and got their truck today. Will check out the right guard body wash as well. I live in the DFW area, and will report my findings! Thanks!

EVERY TIME YOU POST THIS PRICES, I RUN TO WALGREN BUT HERE IN CA ARE DIFFERENT, MORE EXPENSIVE.
California can be that way. Although you have the SAME nation wide ad that everyone else does. Some of the clearance and sale items could be different.
I feel for you Martha.. I was born and raised and grew up in California… until 2 years ago (I’m 31) Moved to Texas and EVERYTHING here is cheaper. Not just Walgreens!
I was just at Walgreens today, but totally didn’t pay attention to Pantene. I’ll check mine tomorrow. (Michigan)
I didn’t see it at Walgreens. However, at CVS, Panteen rang up 2/$6. I gave them the $3 off coupon. Then I got back a $2.00 register reward. So it was like paying $1.00 for both. (or .50 cents each). I was happy!
I used my $3/2 coupon at CVS instead of Walgreen’s also. I just did this yesterday, but the Walgreen’s here (Austin, TX) had Pantene 2/$7. I wish we had if for $1.29!

The Pantene wasn’t on sale at my Walgreen’s but I did do a great haul today as a beginner, my total products purchased were retailed at $72.29 and I paid $25!! Thanks for all the great advice on shopping at Walgreen’s. It is now one of my favorite stores to shop at, the cashier said I knew so much I should work there, he was impressed!!
