For those of you that are new, Nielsen Home Scan is back with more spots open in some areas.
I have talked before about Nielsen National Consumer Panel, they send you that little scanner thing and you can get prizes for keeping track of your purchases. According to readers feedback, thank you everyone, it is a pain in the a** to do!
Some of you want to try it anyway, I say go for it, you can always send it back.
BUT…. the cool part is that if you sign up anyway and they turn you down, you get picked up for other offers! These are MUCH better in my opinion. I was sent cash in the mail to do a survey, and when I mailed that survey in ( it took me 15min to do) they sent me $30 CASH in the mail! Try it with the intention of getting turned down!

I have been a member of NCP for about 6 months. You are right it is a bit of a pain, but not unbearable. I actually take the scanner with me to the store and scan the items as they go into my cart so they are scanned before I leave the store. Much easier than scanning them when I get home. I have earned points but haven’t spent them yet. My husband doesn’t mind helping me scan because he wants me to earn enough points to get the big screen tv. Haha!
