Since the obvious answer is buy Christmas gifts, I am going to venture out and say that I would buy new linens/decor for my dining room.

Depending on when the $75 gift card got here I might spend some on myself because my birthday is 11/15. But most definitely spend it on my 2 boys, especially my youngest who turns 1 on 12/24.
