Who doesn’t love chocolate chip cookie dough before it’s baked? It’s really no small miracle that one of us at my house hasn’t gotten sick from sneaking a little bit (okay, a lot) of dough when making cookies so this Eggless Cookie Dough recipe is something I’m really pretty excited about.
It’s really easy to make and the fact that there is no egg in this cookie dough means you can eat as much as you want and not get sick. Well…maybe not as much as you want but you can certainly eat it in moderation and not worry! It doesn’t have to be baked to be safe and it’s just as good as the real thing!
Eggless Cookie Dough – Chocolate Chip
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 2/3 cup Flour
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
- 4 tbsp softened Butter
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
Heat flour in microwave for 2 minutes (internal temp 160).
Mix together brown sugar, butter, vanilla and salt until well mixed.
Add in milk and gradually add flour until desired dough consistensy is reached.
Stir in chocolate chips.
You can serve this right away soft, serve it chilled from the refrigerator, or frozen. It’s delicious!
