O.K. Well I will admit I am a little slow sometimes at figuring things out…
I have talked before about Nielsen National Consumer Panel, they send you that little scanner thing and you can get prizes for keeping track of your purchases. According to readers feedback, thank you everyone, it is a pain in the a** to do!
Well, I applied and got turned down, I figured I was a looser! Then in the mail about 2 months ago I got a package and $2 to do a survey. They promised to reward you if you returned it so I did, ( I usually never do things like that) sure enough, 2 weeks later I got $30 cash in the mail! I thought wow, got lucky!
** So I think it is worth signing up, and just turning down the scanner if you do get picked!
Haha, no not really! Thanks to an email from Kathy P. apparently if you don’t get accepted for the scanner deal from NCP they put your name on a list to do the T.V. survey for cash! I think I got the better end of the deal!?

You so got the better end of the deal. I scan all my purchases (even gas, presriptions, vending machine, etc) and I hardly have any points. It is so much work, especially when you shop at Kroger or Walmart and have a big purchase.

Good to know because I think mine said there weren’t any scanner things available in my area for now.

Mine said the same thing but I was really hoping to get rejected and get the cash survey instead!! I hope I do.

I used to do the scanner but finally sent it back after almost a year. I got a couple of nice things with my points, but for the amount of work I did – it was definitely not worth it. Glad you got compensated so well. That was really nice 🙂
