So disappointed with VistaPrint. The last time you posted something about them I loaded up on several items. On the postcards and business cards I left them blank so I could use them as thank you notes with the added background effect. I also ordered some checks. I emailed them after a few weeks and was told my payment didn’t clear then after pushing further was told it was because the cards didn’t have print on them.
The company should have emailed, process the remainder of the order, or something.
Poor customer service to me. I hope everyone else has better luck.
That is bad, so they just didnt contact you that something was wrong?
No contact what so ever. Had I not pushed the issue I would have thought it was something with my bank account when really it was some “flaw” in there system. After several emails back and forth they said I could order the items again, but the problem is there is not as good of a deal right now and I have lost my “faith” in them. Poor customer service and follow through are a deal breatker in my book. Besides, there is no reason I shouldn’t be able to get the notecards and business cards blank – less work and less money out of their pocket for the ink!
I need to order some checks ASAP before I run out.

Sorry about your bad experience with our site. As a fraud control we block orders that are placed with a completely blank template. This is done for the security of our customers. All designs are printed to paper and not pre-printed like store-bought stationary. If you want to order a blank template it may get flagged by our automated system but customer service should be able to help you order them.
Hopefully that helps answer your question even if you choose not to do business with us in the future.

Does anyone know if you can order a free calendar then go back on and do another one for free using the same account (paying shipping for both)? Or is it one item per account.
