Looks like the fun with the RR from Walgreens has come to a sad end at Safeway/Randalls.
If you can keep track of all the “rules” in Randalls coupon policy, rule #9 has changed.
The new Rule #9 states, “Safeway will accept valid Catalina manufacturer coupon that is issued to a customer by another retailer only if such coupon is for a specific item.”
So this means you can NOT use the RR that just state a $$ amount. So all the excitement from the past week was just that, for last week! Dang, and I finally had found a way to get my produce cheap!
