Ya, not sure how they would handle it becuase it does say bundle when you order but the reciept is what you would show them so if that only shows the case … no proof to get the camera. Almost too good to be true!

Thanks Tiffany for not just posting but taking the time out to call about it!! I ordered 2 – screen shot my order form and printed it out. My email says it will be ready for pick up by April 19th (so I guess that leaves plenty of time for them to cancel it – hopefully not though!) I was hoping I could go pick it up today and not have to wait to find out if we will be getting them! (Patience is not my best quality…) Hopefully it works – we are going to New Hampshire for 3 weeks this summer and this would be much easier to carry than my big Nikon while we are zip lining and hiking!! Plus I got my son one for his bday so he can take his own vacation pictures!

They did this before during Christmas last year… and they ending up refunding me my purchase and shipping costs and sent me the other item for a minimal fee. So they made it right then, hopefully they make it right for you guys as well!!!

The thing is, I have gotten some AMAZING deals from Walmart.com every now and then… I got a $13 pack and play last year that was $130 regular. So they should just stop with the attitude!
Sorry I hate to rain on anyone’s parade but… I was viewing my receipt I was emailed and my receipt does say camera case only. When you process the order it says camera bundle. Camera w/ 5x zoom. But the emailed receipt says case only. I did not cancel order.

Yes, you will only be getting the case. Some are taking the chance they will get the camera, but I don’t think you will.
when you check order status online, it says both camera and case!

So I ordered this just taking the chance. I had the same experience as everyone else. I didn’t cancel my order because I just figured I would need a case sometime. Well, this morning Walmart sent me an email stating they were sorry about the problem with the order, and they would be unable to send the missing item. However, they are giving a full refund and I get to keep the case for free. AND they are sending me a free $10 egift card! So I might just use that to buy the new camera I need! Did anybody else get this email?

I got the same reply from Walmart. They have credited my credit card for what I spent, told me that I could still pick up the two camera pouches that I ordered, and I got an e-mail for a $10 e-card. Not bad for taking a gamble that it might be a legit deal!
