Almay Clearance deal at Walgreens

At my Walgreens, the mascara was clearanced for $6.99. In the November monthly walgreens coupon book there was a $4 off any Almay mascara. I also had a $1 manufacturers coupon fro Almay.
Now normally, I think that $1.99 is too much to pay for mascara, but, these came with a little container of eye make up remover and I just happened to need some. So this was a case of I needed it now and I was going to pay a little more.
It just makes me giggle when I start thinking about $1.99 being too much for make-up!

The new HEB at FM 2920 and Spring Cypress grand opening this weekend all Blue Bell is 2 for 5.00. use the 1.00 off coupon from the website and cha ching! That should help heal the wounded target heart 🙂 Just so you know the ice cream freezer there broke so the blue bell ice cream is at the end of the aisle near the frozen vegetables. The manager actually told us they have blue bell coming in and just staying there with there truck and loading ice cream in as needed until their freezer is fixed.

Well thats it!
I am sure you can imagine my disappointment, the judging has been done and I did not make it to star in the Victoria Secret Fashion show on T.V.
I was sure they would over look the fact that I am not 5’8 in bare feet,
and hoping that they would turn their heads at the age requirement (18-30).
Note to self… unless they are asking for 34 year old 5’2 women with 6 kids, do NOT apply 🙂

I have been at work all day so I was not able to run out and go do this price matching deal at Target. Were you able to get one??
I have been hearing from people that YES they are pricematching it…
Yes, they will price match it but NO they can’t take the coupon with it…
No they don’t pricematch 2 day sales….

What did you find???

** UPDATE 
After talking to a few friends I don’t think that I would try and do this deal unless you are already at Target and have time to waste. Please do not make a special trip unless you can take the disappointment. It seems that a call has gone out to all Targets to STOP price matching this deal as it is a “door buster” and they do not price match these.
