With both my children (2 &1 y o) i signed up for this and i never got any free gifts. I have frienda who have gotten many coupons and free milk. Do you know why i didnt?

Oh I am not sure 🙁 That is sad! Some will send you a “coupon” to give your OB.
I had the same issue – purchased Similac for almost a year, no coupons or gifts. I would try & re-register & it would always say I was already in the system. So – you weren’t the only one 😉
This happened to me with my first and I called their 800 number and they sent me one of the backpacks. Then we ended up needing a different formula so I called back and they sent me another sample. So maybe if you give them a call they will help you out. Good luck!
