Herbal Essence had promised a big Facebook giveaway October 2-5, 2009. But they underestimated just how many would jump on the opportunity to get a free product coupon so when they opened up the giveaway, their system immediately crashed! They ended up postponing the giveaway for a few days while they got their system set up better.
