We have a great week of good deals on steak and lobster because of Valentines day on Thursday. The ads change on Tuesday night and I am basing my menu off the deals we have until then.
My husband makes dinner on Valentines for all of us. It is a tradition that we LOVE and look forward to all year! We usually have steak or chicken marsala. I am not sure what we will have this year, it is a surprise!
::MONDAY:: – Steak Salad – This copycat by the Pioneer Woman from Dave & Busters is AWESOME! Since steak is cheap at Kroger and Randalls, get some!
::TUESDAY:: – Roasted Chicken – Once you make chicken like this, it is hard to not have it every night! Make extra and pull the meat off and stick it in a ziploc for tomorrow night. Buy at HEB they have split breasts for $1 lb.
::WEDNESDAY:: – Chicken Tacos – Use leftover meat from night before. Just look for the toppings.
::THURSDAY:: – VALENTINES DAY! – I have the night off!
::FRIDAY:: – Pulled Pork Sandwiches – Randalls has the boneless pork for $1.99lb.
