WHAT TO DO WHEN YOUR CATALINA DOES NOT PRINT…
When a Catalina does not print, ask the cashier… or head over to Customer Service. Get a Manager if you need to. Don’t be shy about it… Catalina’s can be really high value after all!
If they don’t know or are less than helpful make a choice to either return the order completely (get your coupons back) or you can contact Catalina directly.
Catalina can be reached at 888-826-8766 and press 3. (Write this number in your phone book, trust me you’ll need it one day.)
They can look up the transaction by receipt and clubcard number.
I have found the folks at Catalina to be really helpful, last time I had a problem the store was offline and they mailed me my Catalinas.

I just had this happen at two stores yesterday! At Weis they checked out cereal at a different register and then gave me the Catalina's I did two cereal deals! At Giant I went to CS and they handed me $2 for the Promise deal buy 3 get $2.

I've had this happen twice at Kroger recently. After verifying with the cashier that they didn't print, I immediately went to Customer Service. The manager just ended up giving me cash since the coupon didn't spit out.It is frustrating.The younger cashiers think your crazy for making a big deal out of it. They just don't understand.

I had this happen and I don’t know who was correct, me or the cashier. I did a Walgreens purchase, 3 transaction. 1, bought razor with $4 reward, 2. wanted to buy the refill blades and use previous transactions $4 plus get another $4 reward. She said I couldn’t do that, she went too fast for me to sort it out in my mind. If she was correct…I should have kept $4 reward from razor for another purchase later and get the $4 reward on refill blades as well for a later date. I hope I explained this well and someone can explain this to me. I read the reward and it said nothing like that. She kept saying that is what the register does….people do not understand that computers aren’t perfect

I used to work at walgreens and will let you know that is correct if you get a 4 dollar rr from a certain brand and use it on the same brand it will not print because that is considered double dipping . however i learned if you buy a filler item and give them the rr in a certain order you’ll actually get the 2nd 4 rr

each time i check your catalina list all of the listed items are already expired. what am i doing wrong??
