This is the BEST zucchini bread recipe that I have had. A few years ago I had a beautiful garden, my kids were pulling zucchini off by the basket full. I was making zucchini bread everyday and experimenting with every recipe I could. This is my own that we made into our favorite!

How many muffins or loaves of bread does this make? It seems like a really big recipe.

This sounds really good. I have one that has cream cheese in it and it’s amazing… but how can you go wrong when it has cream cheese, right??

Funny that you should re-post this now, because I just made this recipe 2 days ago for my kiddos! I got it from your blog a few years ago, and it is my go to zucchini muffin recipe. Thanks again, Tiffani!

So I’m looking at the pic across the top of the bread and want to know where you got / what you use for your round loaves?
ashley says
or are they large muffin size?
Tiffany says

I just made this recipe and I love it. I was able to get 2 small loaves and 24 muffins. My husband really filled the muffin tins full though so I think I could have gotten 3 small loaves (or two bigger loaves) and 24 smaller muffins. I tried three different recipe’s the other day (trying to get rid of a bunch of zucchini 🙂 and I think this was the best one. Thanks for posting it.

If just doing mini loaves, how many will this recipe produce?
