I am not really sure where to start with this one…. there are sooooo many things wrong with this picture!
1. I actually PAID money, yes PAID money for my kids to play in snow. $3 for 15min as a matter of fact.
2. The first bullet point on the sign says, “Don’t throw snowballs”. The third one says, “Do not aim above the head” Sooooo, which one is it? Huh?!
3. I was born in Iowa, grew up in Colorado and went to college in Idaho, and just PAID for my children to play in snow!!
I am not even sure what to say….

At Six Flags San Antonio they actually have an attraction in the winter that is sledding with little plastic sleds. It was one of the longest lines at the park! I grew up in Chicago and I was glad my kids got to experience sledding, but I still couldn’t believe people were waiting in line an hour to sled down a hill once!

WOW. Sounds like they were daring you to do it. So, it was okay to aim below the waist ?LOL
Only in Texas could you have your heater on in the morning and ac on in the afternoon. LIKE TODAY!

I’ve been trying to figure out how far we would have to go to find snow, where is this place?
Tiffany says
It was last weekend at the lighting of the doves in The Woodlands. It was like a 30×30 area they were shooting snow into!

My kids have been on my case about playing in the snow, do you know where they might have something like this?
Tiffany says
I am not sure! The mall usually has something closer to Christmas!
Heidi says
If you hear anything please post it, my kids would REALLY appreciate it! 🙂

LOL!!! That is just too funny 🙂 But I understand…we’re a military family and just spent the last 3 years on the coast of NC-no snow there either! So happy we’re in Boston now although we have yet to see any snow this year!

I feel bad now, I’ve gone airboarding three times this past week (airboarding in sledding with a aerodynamic air mattress). If you guys come up to visit us this winter or maybe next winter we’ll take ya’ll sledding, airboarding, snowboarding or whatever you guys want! It’s free to play in the snow up here, although it is illegal to throw snowballs within Rexburg city limits. (weird huh?)
