Do you think that its .10 for a reason, not just because its not selling but maybe there was a formula mixup? I purchased some super cheap concealer at cvs one time and it was seperating. Well I guess it was close to free but makes me believe that theres something probably wrong with this pic. Not sure if its worth putting any energy into it..

I’m the one who found this….and I can tell you there was nothing wrong with it! In this same store (in the clearance section) I got a Disney princess jewelry set that was priced at 1.25—but it rang up as .02!!! ….and Loreal Paris face cream that was priced at 2.00 (that there is a current 2.00 coupon for!) It was definitely my best clearance finding trip ever!
and yes, they had hundreds of these….
