The Scott Toilet Paper was last week’s offer. There is no paper coupon to clip, it’s all digital. There is a new offer every Friday that is good for the weekend only.

I don’t see HEB on the list, but I do know they are always evaluating new stores. They just did a massive roll out for stores that don’t have shopper cards, so hopefully with time….
