I have been saving CVS rain checks all year. I want to start using them to show everyone how awesome they are! CVS rain checks never expire! Some I used today were from last thanksgiving! Here’s what I did today:
Crest pro health rain check for $3.49 get $2.50 in ecbs limit 2. I had 2 rain checks. I also had 4 $1 off crest!
I had 2 rain checks for buy herbal essences for $3.99 get $3.99 in ecbs. I had $1 off 2 coupon.
I had a rain check for buy colgate for $3.99 get $3.99 ecbs. No coupon for this but I bought it to get my total above $25 so I could used my $5 off $25!
I also got the free dove coupon from the magic machine! Free chocolate tastes even better!
So I paid $18.23 and got back $22 in ecbs!
I never stress about an item out of stock because of the RAIN CHECK!

Wow, I had no idea a rain check had no expiration on it. That is brillant, you absolutely can hold on to them until a really good coupon comes out which might a better deal. I learn something new on the web page constantly. Thank you sooooo much.
Does Wagreens do the same with RR?
No, they will give you a rain check on sale items but not for something that will give you a RR back.

i can’t believe cvs includes ECBs with their rain checks. that’s awesome!
just make sure they write the number down that corresponds with the ECb so they can force print it later
Is there not a limit to how many you can redeem at once?
There isn’t anything in writing and I have never had them say anything.
Becareful-CVS will not let you use more than one CVS card-even if you are shopping for your 74 yrd old disabled mother who can’t get out and lives in another county (hence another household). My cvs stopped me on 9-11-11 and told me one card per household. I told them I shop for several households -they did not care. Thanks CVS for your wonderful compassion-NOT
I know situations like that can be frustrating, but more often then not, people abuse CVS cards and have more than 1 when they should not. CVS has no way of knowing who is telling the truth and who isn’t so those who are have to go by the blanket policy.
Wow! I never thought about holding onto my rain checks I always toss them when my coupons expire! This is BRILLIANT thank you =)
Does CVS honor expired coupons w/rain checks that were active at the time the rain check was issued? If you have manufacturers coupons for an item you seek a rain check for, Rite Aid staples them to your rain check. You can then use that coupon when using your rain check even if it is expired. (But it must be stapled to your rain check.). Does CVS do the same?
No they wont, that is great that Rite Aid will!
do you know how long u can hold on to a walgreens rain check? when do they expire?
