I ran into CVS tonight to figure out my transactions. I did not have my coupons cut out, and they did not have the items marked for the new sale and to top it off the cashier would not give me a new ad. I should have brought mine from the paper to day so instead I sat on my phone and killed my eyes trying to read it. I pretty much gave up!
This is what I did:
Buy 4 Dove Shampoo and Conditioner $3 each
Buy 2 Degree Deodorant ( got the ones with a free one! yipee!) $3.49
Used 2 BOGO Dove coupon from 10/2 RP
Used $1.50 printed from the magic coupon machine
Used $2 ECB from last week
Total: $9.48
Got back: $5 ECB
I also went into Walmart to get the Cover Girl blush before it was all gone! I didn’t have any trouble at all, and grabbed a bag of grapes that looked good to soak up some overage.
This is what I did:
Buy 4 Cover Girl Blush $3.74 each
Buy 1/lb Red Grapes $1.28
Used $8/2 Cover Girl coupon 10/2 P&G
Total: $.24!

I went to Walmart also to grab makeup before it was all sold out! However, I noticed the replacement facial puffs (like the kind you get in CG powder compacts) were only two something and I was able to use my coupons to get a few of those. My transaction ended up being 1 blush, 5 replacement puffs, 2 pressed powders, & 2 containers of Gerber baby food for .24. I read and reread that cpn, and my mom was with my and agreed that because it said two “facial products” that those puffs applied. They have two different ones at that price too, the ones for liquid makeup & the ones for powder. My Walmart had a bunch on hand too. We got 5 each and there were still plenty left. I might got back later in the week for more deals, I love getting those powder compacts for so cheap!!

no not at CVS, that is really strange he would say that! THat is NOT true at all, use your coupons first!
For some reason everytime I use a coupon that gets me overage at walmart they adjust the coupon down…is this jus tmy walmart? I don’t know how you get the overage at walmart or why they adjus tmy coupons?
They are not supposed to as tehy get the money from teh overage and that is wrong. Call corporate and print off the coupon policy and take it with you.
Went to Wal-Mart today and took advantage of the Scrubbing Bubbles One Stop Toilet Cleaner which rang up regular price of $9.97 so thankfully I went and grabbed their circular and had it on hand to show the cashier. He scrutinized the paper and then said “hmm strange it has not been reflected in the system” and then went ahead and reduced it to $3.97 along with the $4 coupon I got a 3 cent overage which was applied to a travel size of Skintamite bottle I saw which came with a FREE Quattro Disposable razor for $1.46. Thanks for the heads up on the Scrubbing Bubbles!!! You are AWESOME!!!
I used the covergirl coupon at my randalls on 1960, the mascara is 50% of 8.99 and I somehow got $1.50
I think there was a sale on covergirl. So I paid .10 for 2. My randalls has clearance deals in the back by dairy. Still a ton left.
Elsa, did you get the box with the yellow stripe running down the side (free stand)? there were 2 kinds when I went, and only that one is on special.
I went to walmart today and the only scrubbing bubble toilet things that were on sale were the boxes that had the yellow stripe running down the side, and the ad has a picture of the one with the yellow strip running down the side, however both boxes were teh same, there was nothing different about the one that said refill included (with the yellow strip) my walmart would not price adjust the regular boxes.

You are correct, you used to be able to combine a bogo coupon with an additional coupon but per the new coupon policy you can’t!!!
