Specifically, I have tried the following and they do not print, nor can Customer Service print them.
— Campbell’s Chunky Soup
— Power Bars (any number of them)
— Suave Body Wash
— Ronzoni Pasta
According to Customer Service, only two Catalina’s are actually printing — Special K and I am sorry but I forgot the second one.
Customer service in your Kroger store has nothing to do with the catalinas that print. They are a completely different company. CS isn’t supposed to be responsible for the ones that print. You need to make sure you are purchasing the correct products, and if you still need help, then you can contact CATALINA MARKETING COMPANY who is in charge of catalinas that print.
