Krogers by my job did not have the blue tag. I was going to try the deal any ways when I noticed I lost my coupons 🙁

I went to my local Kroger’s yesterday when I got off work. I picked up 8 of the 409, 5 pampers, 8 skintimates, 4 poise (2.99 each) and a few other items. When I got to the checkout she scanned all my items then my shoppers card, and when I handed her the coupons she looked at them went back through the computer looking at prices. Then she told me she would have to go talk to a manager, because she was told they are not to take coupons that let the customer get the item for less than what the store pays.
She went and talked to the manager, and came back and let me use the coupons, but told me next time I will not be able to use them. She said they are waiting back to her from another manager to make sure we are not allowed to get items that cheap.
With the poise coupon the items where free with a penny left over, 409 cost me 49 cents each, pampers we only 49 cents each, skintimates were 55 cents each.
So not sure if Kroger is trying to change their store policy on sales + coupons but thought it was a little strange they did not want me to use my coupons.
I would NEVER go to that cashier again!
Yesterday I went to Kroger and bought 4 scrubbing bubbles products and got the $3.00 Catalina back at the register. If I went today and bought more would they still print the Catalina coupon at the register?

Is it only one catalina print out per transaction? or can you purchase 10 Scrub Bubbs and get 2 $4 cats? Just want to get my list ready to go for tonight. Thanks! Does the Catalina rollover? And if you bought 10 scrubbing bubbles will 2 Catalina print out, or just 1?

When I tried once to do more than one of a specific catalina (Say 2 of the scrubbing bubbles in one trans) only one catalina printed. So now I do one of each type in one transaction then one of each in another and so on (so 1 pudding catalina, one soft soap, one dial all in the first transaction and then in the second I start all over again.) Hope that makes sense!
It print 4 for a purchase of 5 or more. Cats will never print multiple.
